Meet Katie

Katie serves as an FHP Coordinator & Onboarding Coordinator at KPI Therapy, supporting the daily operations that make our services possible. In this role, they assist with coordination, communication, and administrative processes, enabling our providers to focus on what they do best: supporting clients.

Katie's attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help create a seamless experience for both staff and the individuals we serve.

“Hi! My name is Katie, and I joined KPI in November 2024. Since becoming part of the team, it has been an amazing experience. I truly enjoy working with all of our individuals and staff.

I currently serve as both the FHP Coordinator and Onboarding Coordinator, which gives me the opportunity to meet so many of the incredible people who work with KPI. It’s been wonderful getting to connect with new team members and support them as they begin their journey with our organization.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing how much KPI continues to grow each day. Knowing that the work we do is making such a meaningful impact in the lives of others makes this experience incredibly fulfilling.”
