Melvin serves as a CA with KPI Therapy, supporting clients through compassionate, individualized care. In this role, they focus on building trust, creating stability, and helping each person work toward their personal goals.

In Their Own Words

“Hi everyone, my name is Melvin. I've been in Community Access for a year and seven months, and I love helping people feel good about themselves and realize they can achieve anything they set their minds to. My clients have become like family to me, and together we've built strong community connections through volunteering at the humane society, nursing homes, and feeding the homeless. Through KPI, I've formed valuable relationships, developed long-lasting friendships, and gained the support I need to succeed. I truly appreciate everything KPI does for us, Community Access Workers; it means a lot.”
