At KPI Therapy, our providers & the people they serve are the heart of everything we do. The Provider Spotlight Series was created to celebrate the dedication, compassion, and impact of the incredible individuals who serve our clients and communities every day.

Purpose and Goals

This series is designed to honor the hard work and commitment of our providers and team while giving our community a closer look at the people behind the care. By sharing their stories, we aim to inspire current and future team members and showcase what it truly means to be part of the KPI Therapy family.

Through these features, we also hope to build stronger connections across our organization, fostering appreciation, unity, and pride in the meaningful work we do together.

Provider Spotlight Overview

Each month, we will spotlight a different member of the KPI Therapy team. These features will highlight the diverse roles that make our mission possible, including Family Home Providers (FHP), Community Access (CA), Behavior Support Providers (BSP), Respite Workers, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and occasionally members of our administrative team. Every spotlight will share authentic insights into their role, their journey, and the positive impact they make within KPI Therapy and the lives of those we serve.

Team members are encouraged to nominate one another for future Provider Spotlights by emailing: SYSTEM@KPITHERAPY.COM and sharing why their colleague deserves recognition.
